Prior to co-founding Ajax Peak, Peder spent more than 15 years in investment banking and debt capital markets, focusing on the infrastructure, maritime and energy sectors. He has led the origination, structuring and syndication of more than 30 major debt financings for companies and projects in the United Sates and Europe. Peder received his MBA from INSEAD, and his BSc from Royal Holloway at the University of London. He also holds an MSc in Finance from the London School Economics.

Torjus has 25 years of investment banking experience working in New York and Houston and has experience in debt and equity capital markets as well as M&A advisory. He has throughout his career originated and executed capital markets and M&A transaction for clients in the United States and Europe. Torjus holds a BSBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Denver and an MBA from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business.
